Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Thrive Canine Service Team, we deeply value your time—and ours. To ensure fairness and allow for scheduling flexibility, please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below:
Cancellation Policy

100% Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session

No-shows (missed sessions without any notice)
Unfortunately, these are non-refundable due to the time and preparation reserved for your appointment.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For cancellation or refund requests, please contact us at info@thrivecanineserviceteam.ca.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once at no charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Reschedule requests made under 24 hours will be treated under the same terms as cancellations.
